5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

  • Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or us.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

Our current infrastructure is provided through Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, and a third-party payment processor for billing. We do not make your audio uploads or personal data publicly accessible.

When you delete content or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, and except for limited residual copies in routine backups.

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and database-level row-level security so that users can access only their own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Learn more on our Security page.
