This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Frqcy subscriptions offered by Noirmusicshop LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

In short: subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our third-party payment processor.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. When you cancel:

• You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.
• Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for (a pro-rated "cancel at period end").
• After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan and its usage limits.

Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which your account remained open but was not used, except where required by applicable law.

Because you can cancel at any time and continue to use paid features until the end of your current period, cancelling before your next renewal prevents future charges.

• If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
• If a paid feature is materially unavailable due to a confirmed fault on our side for an extended period, contact us and we will work with you in good faith on an appropriate remedy.
• Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing section of your account. For any billing question or a suspected billing error, email Noirmusicshop LLC at info@noirmusic.shop and include your account email and the charge in question.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases and renewals made after the updated effective date shown above.
